Released PCC2NG 2.40.10.
This version adds a few major new features, towards meeting feature parity with PCC/PCC2 "classic":
- Battle simulator: set up, simulate and watch battles.
- A number of features for the starchart, e.g. drawing, distance mode.
- Multi-ship cargo transfer.
- Ship building.
- Score tables and charts.
